I have received a Ph.D. degree on the topic of “Fractal Image Compression of Medical Images” from CSVTU, Bhilai(C.G.), M.C.A., M.Sc.(Maths) and B.Sc., degrees from Pt. Ravi Shankar Shukla University, Raipur (C.G). I am a life member of ISTE. Presently I am working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Applications of Bhilai Institute of Technology, Durg (Chhattisgarh), India. I am a recipient of the 4th Young Scientist Award from the Chhattisgarh Council of Science and Technology (CGCOST), 2006. My areas of interest are Digital Image Processing, Image Compression, Fractal Image Compression, Image Segmentation, Object Recognition, Audio Compression, Medical Imaging, Computer Graphics, and Android Programming. I am using computational software, including MATLAB, C, C++, and ANDROID extensively in my research and teaching. I have also published 480+ video lectures on Youtube related to Compiler Design, Computer Graphics, Computer Graphics Programming, and MATLAB Programming. I have developed and published 6(six) Android Tutorial Apps. I have authored and co-authored 26 technical papers including Journal Papers and Conference Papers.
