Techfest (OJAS)
Objectives
The annual technical fest of BIT Durg has become one of the biggest technical fest of the region. Started in 2009 with the motive of encouraging technology, scientific thinking and innovation, OJAS is now recognized as the Nation’s Science and Technology festival with a footfall of more than3,000 annually and a reach of over 25+ Indian colleges. The last edition attracted participants from over all institutes from across the nation, thus making it the largest technical fest of Chhattisgarh. Aimed at providing a platform for showcasing the best and the latest innovations in the world of technology, various events such as Robotics, LAN Gaming, Face of OJAS, Circuit designing, Programming, Paper Presentations etc. gives the students to showcase their talent and their practical skills to use.. Entirely managed by students, OJAS provides an opportunity for aspiring scientistsand managers alike.
