Dr. Shuchi Sharma is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Bhilai Institute of Technology, Durg since November 2023, with prior academic experience as Assistant Professor in Indore (2011–2015). She holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Management (2021) from the Institute of Management Studies, Devi Ahilya University (DAVV), Indore, with her research focusing on the effect of Social Intelligence and Positive Psychological Health on the performance of sales professionals. She also completed her M.Phil. in Management (2014) with a thesis on organizational health in small and medium-sized hospitals, MBA in Human Resource & Marketing (2011), and B.Sc. in Bioinformatics (2008) from DAVV, Indore. In addition to her academic qualifications, she has actively contributed to research through publications in reputed journals and presentations in national seminars. She has participated in several Faculty Development Programs and workshops, including those on Research Methodology and Human Rights.
