Dr. Yashu Baghel is Assistant Professor in Dept. of Applied Chemistry at Bhilai Institute of Technology, Durg. She did M.Sc.(Inorganic chemistry) from Govt. Science College, Durg affiliated to Pt. Ravi Shanker Shukla University, Raipur in 1997 and was awarded Ph.D. in Applied Chemistry from Pt. RSSU, Raipur in year 2008. She has published 13 research articles in various International and National journals. She also presented research papers in various international and national seminar and conferences. She has one minor research project (2017-19) funded from Chhattisgarh Council of Science and Technology, Raipur. At present she is guiding two research scholar for Ph.D. registered under CSVTU and also guided a student from MATS university for MSc. dissertation. To her credit is one book published by Grin publication, Germany. She also has a design patent registered and published by Govt. of India in year 2023.
