Dr. Shrawan Pandey is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at Bhilai Institute of Technology, Durg. He holds a Ph.D. in Emotional Intelligence & Leadership from ISBM University and specializes in Human Resource Management With over a decade of teaching and research experience, Dr. Pandey has published extensively in leading journals. Outside of academia, He enjoys mentoring students in various competitions and exploring nature trails.
