The Department of Computer Applications was established in 1998. The department offers Master of Computer Applications and Ph.D. in various specializations of the discipline. The department is known for its quality research, Hardworking and experienced faculty members, latest infrastructure and disciplined students.

To produce competent and skilled Software Professionals with expertise in modern computing applications contributing globally to Education, Research, and Innovation.

Mission

To impart outcome-based education to students to adapt dynamism and flexibility for industry and society.
To provide adequate infrastructure facilities and knowledge of wide-ranging computer science concepts, pedagogical tools, and mathematical models for real-time solutions.
To undertake collaborative research projects to improve industry-institute interaction to generate innovative ideas resulting in life-long learning.
To encourage extra-curricular, co-curricular, and entrepreneurship skills to enhance the overall development of students for facing Global challenges.
