Prof. Kishor Kumar Deka is Associate Professor in the Department of Management, BIT-Durg. He started his career as Assistant Lecturer in Department of Management, BVM College of Management Education, Gwalior in 1997. And later Joined in Department of Management in 2000, Bhilai Institute of Technology, Durg and at Present he is having 23 years of teaching experience in the field of Managerial Economics, Micro EcpOrganizational Development, Business Environment, Compensation Management, Emerging Issues in HR. He is Pursuing Ph.D. from Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekananda Technical University. He is MBA in HR, MA (English Literature) and Master of commerce. He has Published 05 Research Papers in various National and International Journals. He has attended Short Term Courses, FDP, Conferences and Seminars in various places like Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur, Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology (MNNIT), Allahabad, Nirma Institute of Management etc. He has been member of various organizing committee in Institute as well as Departmental level. He is having technical expertise in Creating HR Analytics Dashboards.
